Dispersive Estimates: From Free Equations to Perturbed Equations

I will motivate dispersive estimates and discuss important applications of them. Then I will use some simple examples to illustrate how to use Wiener theorem and the strucure formula of wave operators to extend these estimates from free equations to perturbed ones.
