 We consider the inhomogeneous non-cutoff Kac's model of the Boltzmann equation.We prove that the Cauchy problem for the fluctuation around the Maxwellian distribution is locally well-posed for a small initial data, and enjoys Gelfand-Shilov regularizing properties in the velocity variable and Gevrey regularizing properties in the position variable.
